We are out-of-towners and were in a major rut with our truck breaking down. Oaks Auto and Truck Service came to our rescue. They were very kind by offering us water and snacks for our two year old. They got the part they needed extremely fast and the cost was very fair. We appreciate this company for helping out when we were stranded. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car or truck repair. Thank you again to Greg and his entire staff!

In a world of shoddy overpriced under qualified tow operators, these guys are ALWAYS the right call to make. I work with them on a commercial account, and I prefer them way over any other tow outfit. Always on-time, prices are reasonable, and they don't make mistakes. They are very up to date with correct tow procedures with modern trucks, with front air ride, autoshift/automatic transmissions, and anything else we could throw at them. Their road service is on time, and gets it right the first time. Easy to work with, reasonable prices, zero tow damages in the 6 years I've been using them. Top of my call list for towing and breakdowns.

Called them they showed up looked at my problem said can't fix it charged me the 2 hour minimum. 119 dollars an hour plus tax. Wife later called them they only charged an hour service call return 148 bucks to my card i thought that was fair.

We've used Oak's for all of our vehicle needs for a few years...a sedan, a van, as well as an older truck that needed significant work. We always work with Greg, and he's great. Everything from maintenance to significant mechanical work - good experience all around.

We dealt with Greg at Oaks Auto Truck service, his attitude and help was 5 star with us! Our RV's engine blew up one mile from our house, we needed a special tow and work done on the vehicle. We could NOT find one dealer, mechanic, large truck service in our area, but Oaks! The RV was towed over 70 miles to their shop in Cheswick, quick and clean! Put a new engine in, in under 2 weeks! Clean, did I say clean, not one trace of grease anywhere! I called often to see how she be, Chris was always polite and answered all my questions. They certainly have a "come back customer" with us!
